Larry Jamar – Owner and Founder

As one of the founders of LPJ Cleaning and Services, Mr. Jamar brings a wealth of skill and experience to the business.  With a strong background in business marketing and management, Larry has developed a solid company that has diversified over the many years.  His extensive knowledge and experience in floor and carpet care, as well as quality control, has served to provide the foundation upon which LPJ has flourished.  In addition to these areas, Mr. Jamar has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of cleaning services.  

Today, Mr. Jamar continues to provide employee training, sales and marketing, as well as scheduling and communication with all our customers in Metro Atlanta.  His influence over the company’s character and quality work becomes evident to every client.  Through his leadership, LPJ will continue to grow its foundation into the next decade.      

Phyllis Jamar – Director of Operations and Founder

Mrs. Phyllis Jamar provides an outstanding balance to LPJ Cleaning Services.  Mrs. Jamar is an honors graduate of nursing school.  She also maintains an Accounting degree.  Phyllis provides leadership as she oversees the operations of LPJ, its payroll and company human resources.  Her diversified background serves the company well as LPJ continues to move forward in the future. 

Mrs. Jamar provides managerial expertise for each branch of LPJ services.  Her knowledge of procedures and codes ensures proper operations and compliance with laws and regulations.  Mrs. Jamar continues to elevate the quality and presentation of services for LPJ.
